In 1890, Salzburg’s innovative confectioner PAUL FÜRST created the Salzburg Mozartkugel that is now famous around the world.
His multiple-award-winning chocolate creation has been produced in our family-run company located in Salzburg’s Old Town for more than 125 years. Made daily and with the greatest of care, the “Original Salzburger Mozartkugel” are created individually by hand.
Carefully selected ingredients form the foundation of the delicate taste of our chocolate speciality, made with marzipan, pistachios, hazelnut nougat and dark chocolate. Only natural ingredients of the highest quality are chosen for the production of this treat.
Fürst’s “Original Salzburger Mozartkugel” are sold exclusively in only four of our own locations in Salzburg Old Town, and in our own online shop.
