What is the shelf life of Fürst chocolate products?
Our chocolate products are always made fresh and by hand in our own workshop, using carefully-chosen natural ingredients.
Because we deliberately refrain from the use of artificial preservatives, and because chocolate products are very sensitive to temperature, their best before date is 12 weeks.
Enjoy them whilst they are as fresh as possible!

How should Fürst chocolate products be stored?
Exceptionally high-quality chocolate must be handled with care. Store Fürst chocolate products in a cool, dry place between 14-18°C and avoid large temperature fluctuations.
Please do not put chocolate products in the refrigerator or near a heater.
If the chocolate is exposed to significant fluctuations in temperature, it can become grey in colour (“fat bloom”), which affects the chocolate's appearance.

When can I order chocolate products?
Because our chocolates are manufactured fresh and without artificial preservatives, they are very sensitive to temperature. In summer shipping is only possible within Austria and Germany. If the outside temperature is high, special care must be taken during transport.
Even on days which seem cool, the chocolate can be exposed to fluctuations in temperature during transportation. For this reason, Cafe-Konditorei Fürst GmbH reserves the right to suspend orders on warmer days and to ship them only in appropriate temperature conditions.
Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders by phone or e-mail. For technical and data protection reasons, we can only accept orders via our webshop. Thank you for your understanding!
Which payment methods are accepted?
Minimum order value: € 40,-
We accept the following methods of payment:

    We accept the following credit cards for online transactions: MasterCard and Visa. Your credit card will be charged immediately after the order has been placed. Payment is made in a secure SSL area.
  • PayPal
  • Instant transfer
    We work together with sofort.de for the processing of online payments.
  • Purchase on account
  • Apple Pay

Can I make payment by cash in advance?
Unfortunately, payment by cash in advance is not possible. Online orders can only be paid for by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, purchase on account, or bank transfer.
Can I place an order using different delivery and billing addresses?
Yes. When you place your order, you can choose the same or different billing and delivery addresses. The invoice is then sent to the e-mail address entered.
If you are placing a private order but would like it shipped to your work address, please note that you are required to enter the company name and address with the comment “Attn. of Mr / Ms”.
When entering the delivery address, please make sure that it is entered correctly and completely, and please make sure that your letterbox or doorbell is clearly and legibly labelled.

Can I have my order shipped to another person as a gift?
Yes, you can have your order shipped to another person as a gift. Simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address. The name of the person who placed the order is listed on the delivery note included with the package.
Please make sure the delivery address is entered correctly and completely.
Will my package include an invoice or receipt?
No, an invoice is not included in the package. The delivery note in the package does not show any prices.
(Exception: in the case of shipments to Switzerland, the invoice must be enclosed for customs clearance.)
Can an order be split between multiple delivery addresses?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to split an order between different delivery addresses. A separate order is required for each delivery address.
Can an order be placed for delivery on a later date?
Yes, you can specify a later delivery date in the comments section when you place your order.
Which countries do you ship to?
We only ship to the European Union, Switzerland and Great Britain. Shipping to another country is not possible.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail as soon as the package leaves our workshop. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and link to the shipping company found in the e-mail.
