This cube or “building block” was made in honour of Salzburg’s greatest baroque builder. It was created in 1987 on the occasion of the Salzburg State Exhibition on Prince Archbishop Wolf Dietrich von Raitenau. This treat is made with rum truffle, cherry truffle and marzipan, and is covered in a delicate coating of dark chocolate.
