This block, or “building block”, is dedicated to Salzburg’s great master builder. It was created in 1987 on the occasion of the Salzburg State Exhibition dedicated to Prince-Archbishop Wolf Dietrich von Raitenau. The block consists of rum truffle, cherry truffle and marzipan, coated in a delicate layer of dark chocolate couverture.
