Our signature Fürst Truffle was created to celebrate the 150th birthday of PAUL FÜRST (1856–1941), the inventor of the Original Salzburger Mozartkugel. It delights with its delicate combination of coffee truffle, vanilla truffle and nougat, all encased in a thin coating of dark chocolate couverture.
