Apart
from the famous "Original Salzburger Mozartkugel" there is a
wide range of chocolates and truffle-specialities. For example the "Bachwürfel",
which was created in 1985 together with the Salzburger Bachgesellschaft.
On the occasion of the exhibition about "prince bishop Wolf Dietrich"
in 1987 the "Wolf Dietrich Block" was created. Since 1996 we
produce a new speciality, which is dedicated to the famous Salzburg physician
Christian A. Doppler, the "Doppler Kon(Ef)fekt".
In our cafés you can choose among a wide range of Austrian sweets
like Sachertorte, Doboschtorte, Applestrudel.... and the classical coffee-specialities.

Paris Lodron Truffle
This fine nut-rum truffle speciality was
developed in Cooperation with the Salzburg University on the occasion
of the 40th anniversary, dedicated to the founder of the university -
Paris Lodron.
